Easter break was fun with big free parking and spacious room. the staff was very pleasant and the air conditioning in rooms was a plus. the hotel was close to the beach and there were many coffee options with a coffee machine.

The bathroom could have been better maintained, there was some mold found, and the breakfast was unappetizing. Not much to choose from - scorched black croissants and bitter undrinkable orange juice.

The Hotel is good, nothing special for ok for the price. It is not too far awy from the train station conecting with napoli, and with the train napoli is just 30 minutes away. If you have a car is even better and it has his own private parking

The terrace was close and sometimes we lost the hot water in the badroom

the hotel is very well located (neighborhood pleasant). Large room and private parking. Comfortable bed and air conditioning. So clean

2 of the 4 receptionist are very unpleasant and not make effort to speak English or to understand anything. Dirty shower, ants, and wc flush broken. Climatisation very noisy..Suspect girls at reception the day and night.... To finish, the terrasse on the picture was closed.

Exceptional service, outstanding dinner, good value for money, variety of dishes, spacious room.

Hotel room clean, good parking. If you have a car drive down to the port area where there are bars & cafes etc. Great hot water & pressure in shower.ittle things

Awful location, did not feel safe to go out after dark, as a single female. Area very busy & smelly. No decent restaurants within walking distance. I went to about the only one I saw & was eating my 2nd piece of bread & noticed the cane bread basket was black with dirt around the top, no serviette in to put bread on. Chef’s Black & white chef’s trousers were grey & black. People in street look unkempt. I thought I was going to a hotel near the sea & planned to go swimming. Site stated only 100m to water. It was much further to catch glimpse of sea through horrible rail tracks that were blocked off anyway. Road to harbour grotty following train track. I wouldn’t catch the train at Arco Felice station. Room basic with lots of little faults.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptional and the service was top-notch. The room was spacious and clean with good amenities. The hotel also had a big free parking for guests, which was very convenient. Furthermore, the location was really close to everything I wanted to visit, such as street with restaurants and bars and transportation options.

The hotel is located in an area with good amenities; it is just a short walk to a street filled with a variety of restaurants and bars. the sea is also nearby, giving you a chance to enjoy the beautiful views. it is conveniently located close to the harbour, making it easy to access. the rooms were spacious and comfortable with a coffee machine for breakfast.

The staff struggled with speaking English, making communication difficult at times.

The hotel had good parking facilities and the rooms were clean with ample hot water available for showers.

The noise from the surrounding area and other guests made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the location was not ideal for exploring, with limited options for dining and entertainment.
